Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for part-time positions in Jesup, GA. Opportunities for growth into full-time roles are available as caseloads expand. Responsibilities include working 1:1 with children using ABA strategies and implementing treatment plans under a BCBA's supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology or Education is a plus.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, or education is preferred.
• Ability to actively engage clients and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
