Job summary

Headrise ABA in Plainsboro, NJ is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to help an eight-year-old boy build essential life skills through in-home, one-on-one therapy based on BCBA-developed plans.

The role is part-time with hourly pay ranging from $18 to $25, plus a $200 sign-on bonus and occasional incentives. You will track progress with data, support communication and daily living skills, and collaborate with families to ensure consistent treatment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field is a plus.
• RBT certification preferred.
• Experience in ABA therapy is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy based on BCBA-developed plans.
• Track client progress through data collection.
• Support skill-building in communication, socialization, and daily living.
• Collaborate with families for consistent treatment.

Behavior Technician Compensation and Schedule

• Position: ABA Behavior Technician- 8 year old boy

• Location: Plainsboro, New Jersey
