Job summary

Headrise ABA in Milford, New Jersey is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to help a 10-year-old girl through in-home, one-to-one therapy and data-driven progress tracking. You will work Monday-Friday 3:00PM-6:00PM, part-time with flexible scheduling and a $18-25 per hour pay, plus a $200 sign-on bonus.

The role offers support from experienced BCBAs and opportunities to travel locally. Responsibilities include delivering therapy, building communication and daily living skills, and collaborating

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in Psychology is a plus.
• ABA experience or working with children is a plus.
• RBT certification preferred.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy based on BCBA-developed plans.
• Track client progress through data collection.
• Support skill-building in communication, socialization, and daily living.
• Collaborate with families for consistent treatment.

Behavior Technician Compensation and Schedule

• Position: ABA Behavior Technician 10 year old girl
• Location: Milford, New Jersey
• Schedule: Monday- Friday 3:00PM- 6:00PM
• Job Type: Part time
• Salary: $18 - $25 per hour
