Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Willingness to obtain RBT or BCAT within 6 months of hire.
• Ability to work with clients of varying ages and abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans in home, school, and community locations.
• Collect data on client progress and behavior.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to modify treatment plans.
• Provide a supportive and engaging environment for clients to thrive.
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices.
