Job summary

Albert Knapp & Associates in Redondo Beach, CA is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians (BT) or Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to implement individualized ABA programs under BCBA supervision.

As part of a two-tier model, you will see your BCBA supervisor weekly, collect data, and collaborate with families to support progress, behavior reduction, and skill development in home, school, and community settings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• RBT or BCAT certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire).
• Ability to work with clients of varying ages and abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Job Summary
