Job summary

Albert Knapp & Associates is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support our mission of helping kids and teens reach their full potential through evidence-based ABA. As an RBT, you will work under BCBA supervision to implement individualized programs across home, school, and community settings.

Job Summary

We're seeking dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technicians (BT) or Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join our dynamic team! As an RBT, you'll work closely with our board-certified behavior analysts to implement individualized programs for our clients. We use the two-tier model so you see your BCBA supervisor weekly!

• Implementing behavior intervention plans in a variety of settings, including home, school, and community locations


• Collecting and recording data on client progress and behavior


• Collaborating with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to develop and modify treatment plans


• Providing a supportive and engaging environment for clients to thrive


• Participating in training and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices

Requirements

• High School Dipolma or GED


• Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) or BCAT certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire)


• Ability to work with clients of varying ages and abilities


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
