Centria Autism is hiring Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized intervention plans under BCBA supervision. You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while maintaining safety and compassion in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification and TB test if needed.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans using evidence-based techniques.
• Teach communication, social and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.
• Follow safety protocols and adapt activities to each child’s needs.
