Maxim Healthcare is hiring a Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with clients in home and community settings. You will implement BCBA-developed plans and help clients build communication, social, and daily living skills while receiving guidance from experienced BCBA staff.

Compensation is hourly and DOE, with benefits including insurance options, paid time off, and mileage reimbursement. The position offers flexible hours and travel between client locations.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College coursework in Psychology, Education, Social Work, Behavioral Science, Human Development, or related field is a plus.

Responsabilidades

You’ll work one‑on‑one with clients in home and community settings while receiving support and guidance from experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

What You’ll Do

• Provide one‑on‑one behavioral support

Qualifications

Required:

• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent

Plus one of the following:

• College coursework in Psychology, Education, Social Work, Behavioral Science, Human Development, or a related field

OR

• At least one year of experience as a:
  • Behavior Technician
  • ABA Therapist
  • Behavioral Interventionist
  • Paraprofessional
  • Child Development Professional
  • Camp Counselor
  • Similar child‑focused role

Additional Details

• Services are provided in clients’ homes and community settings
• Travel between client locations may be required
• Mileage reimbursement available when eligible
• Paid training and ongoing support provided
