Job summary

FirstSteps for Kids, Inc. is seeking Behavior Technicians (Instructors) to support children with autism and related learning differences.

You will work with teachers, parents, and clinical staff to reinforce early communication, social interaction, and daily living skills, while benefiting from paid training to achieve RBT certification. Qualifications

• We look for "kid people" and related work, study, or volunteer experience demonstrating an interest in child development and commitment to the care and well-being of all children.
• College enrollment or degree strongly preferred.
• Graduate students in ABA may apply as Behavior Technicians and be eligible to receive clinical training and supervision hours toward BACB requirements, based on performance, role alignment, availability, and program needs.
