FirstSteps for Kids, Inc. is hiring for an entry-level role in our Instructor Development & Engagement Program. You’ll work with children diagnosed with autism and related learning differences, receiving paid training to obtain your RBT certification and ongoing mentorship.

No ABA experience is required—we’ll train you and support your growth as you build real clinical skills working one-on-one with children. Competitive hourly pay and a path to advancement are offered.
