Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is seeking Behavioral Technicians (BT) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver direct ABA therapy under BCBA supervision in a center-based setting.

The role requires a HS diploma or GED, 6 months to 1 year of experience with children, and the ability to work independently or in a team. Benefits include health/dental/vision, disability and life insurance, a 401k, and paid holidays along with PTO.

Qualifications

Position Description

We are seeking compassionate people to work as Behavioral Technicians (BTs), and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct treatment and ABA therapy. Under the supervision of a BCBA clinician, the BT is responsible for working one-on-one with children carrying out their individualized treatment plans.
