Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is seeking compassionate individuals to join as Behavior Technician/Therapist (BT/RBT) to deliver direct ABA therapy under supervision. You will work one-on-one with children, implementing treatment plans and contributing to a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of HS Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience with children (ABA preferred).
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy one-on-one with children.
• Follow individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Assist with implementing behavior intervention plans.

Position Description

We are seeking compassionate people to work as Behavioral Technicians (BTs), and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct treatment and ABA therapy. Under the supervision of a BCBA clinician, the BT is responsible for working one-on-one with children carrying out their individualized treatment plans.

Required Experience and Education
