Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services seeks compassionate Behavioral Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver direct ABA therapy under supervision. The BT works one-on-one with children following individualized plans and supports progress under a BCBA clinician.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a HS Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience with children (ABA preferred).
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Position Description

We are seeking compassionate people to work as Behavioral Technicians (BTs), and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct treatment and ABA therapy. Under the supervision of a BCBA clinician, the BT is responsible for working one-on-one with children carrying out their individualized treatment plans.

Required Experience and Education
