Job summary

Behavior Treatment & Analysis Inc. is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician Therapist to support both in-home and in-center ABA therapy for children aged 3 to 16 in Walnut Creek, CA.

You will work 3:00 PM–8:00 PM on weekdays with optional Saturdays, follow individualized treatment plans, and collect session data to help children progress. Benefits include paid training, RBT certification support, PTO, mileage reimbursement, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and working on the floor throughout the day.
• Able to stay active and engaged while working with young children.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to consistent attendance.
• Valid driver’s license, car insurance, own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children ages 3 to 16 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow individualized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Help children develop skills through play, movement, games, and hands-on activities.
• Create a safe, positive, and engaging environment for children.
• Collaborate with a supportive clinical team to help each child reach their goals.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–8:00 PM. Optional Saturdays may be available based on clients needs.

Position Type: Part-Time.

Settings: In-Home Clients & In-Center.
