Job summary

Behavior Treatment & Analysis Inc. in Richmond, CA is hiring a part-time Behavior Technician to work with children aged 3 to 16 in in-home and in-center settings. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–8:00 PM, with optional Saturday sessions based on client needs.

Start date is immediate. You will follow individualized ABA treatment plans, collect data, and create a safe, engaging environment while collaborating with a clinical team to help children reach their goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to consistent attendance.
• Able to stay active and engaged while working with young children.
• Valid Driver's license, car insurance, own vehicle in your name.
• Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and working on the floor throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children ages 3 to 16 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow individualized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Help children develop skills through play, movement, games, and hands-on activities.
• Create a safe, positive, and engaging environment for children.
• Collaborate with a supportive clinical team to help each child reach their goals.

Behavior Technician

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–8:00 PM. Optional Saturdays may be available based on clients needs.

Position Type: Part-Time.

Location: Richmond, CA

Start Date: Immediate openings available.

Settings: In-Home Clients & In-Center.
