Job summary

The Arc of the Ozarks in Lees Summit, MO is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support individuals with disabilities through behavior interventions under BCBA supervision. This is a non-exempt, hourly position with evening and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma or GED and one year of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field preferred.
• Must complete BACB required training and pass the BACB RBT exam.

Responsibilities

• Assist with implementing behavior support plans and skill-acquisition programming.
• Collect and record data (A-B-C, observations) for treatment plans and assessments.
• Provide feedback to caregivers and team under BCBA supervision.
• Participate in supervision meetings and complete required paperwork and timekeeping.
• Work in various settings including site-based, community, or in-home.
• Evening and weekend availability required.
