If you are a Paraprofessional, Registered Behavior Technician, Behavior Health Technician, or a Personal Care Aide, this is the opportunity for you!

No experience required - we provide PAID training.

Earn $18.50/hour. Monday - Friday, full school day 8:30 am - 3:15 pm.

As a Behavior Technician, you will work one-on-one in our school setting, supporting students with autism and emotional support needs. You will follow each child's Individual Education Plan (IEP) and Positive Behavior Support Plan (PBSP) to help them achieve academic and behavioral goals. Your dedication and empathy will foster a trauma-informed learning environment. You will be part of a team where you can have fun and make a meaningful impact on our students' development.

• Complete timely ongoing data collection, including parent/staff communication and all required documentation.
• Provide behavioral and physical interventions as needed. Physical interventions may include prompting, guided transport, or physical restraint, based on program regulations and training provided.
• Monitor client performance and record relevant data to assess progress.
• Assist clients/students with activities of daily living, including toileting and grooming.
• Other duties as assigned.
