ABS Kids in Raleigh, NC is hiring part-time Behavior Technicians to support children with autism. Entry-level to seasoned RBTs welcome, with a $1,000 bonus for current RBTs and on-the-job training. Shifts run 9:00am–6:00pm, Monday–Friday, with travel to client homes as needed.

You'll collect data, apply ABA strategies, and help kids develop essential life skills in a safe, caring environment. Paid certs, mileage reimbursement, and PTO are included.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience with children or adults with special needs.
• Heart for helping kids.
• Calm, steady presence.
• Eagerness and energy to play.
• Reliable transportation for client visits.
• Tech savviness to learn data collection software and basic office tools.

Responsabilités

• Provide one-on-one ABA support to children with autism.
• Record data on client behavior and progress.
• Deliver therapy using play and ABA techniques.
• Maintain safe, respectful environment for clients and staff.
• Support daily living skills development.
