Job summary

Compleat KiDZ in Danville, VA, is expanding with a brand-new clinic and is hiring Behavior Technicians and RBTs to deliver one-on-one ABA services in both clinic and in-home settings.

You will work under the supervision of a BCBA to help children build communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors. The role offers a flexible schedule and full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Desire to work with young children with behavioral challenges.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect data and complete session documentation.
• Support clients and families with professionalism and responsiveness.
