ABS Kids is seeking Behavior Technicians for the 3:00pm-7:00pm shift in Utah. We support on-the-job training, with a $1,000 bonus for current RBTs. No experience required—training is provided.

You will work one-on-one with clients, applying ABA techniques to teach real-life skills, and collect progress data in a supportive pediatric setting. Opportunities for certification bonuses and growth exist.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience working with children or adults with special needs.
• Ability to remain calm and patient while providing support.
• Strong communication and reliability in a caregiving role.

Responsibilities

• Make a difference in the life of a child.
• Use play, patience, and ABA therapy to teach real-life skills.
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress.
• Provide one-on-one support to clients with autism spectrum disorder.
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment for clients and staff.
• Help the child develop essential life skills such as motor skills, personal hygiene, daily living, potty training, and social and emotional skills.
• Get up and down off floor often, move quickly.
