ABS Kids in Greensboro, NC is seeking entry-level to seasoned Behavior Technicians who are passionate about helping children with autism. You will use play, patience, and ABA therapy to teach real-life skills and provide one-on-one support to clients in their homes or community settings.

No experience? No problem—training is provided on the job, and the role offers a $1,000 bonus for current RBTs, move toward RBT certification, mileage reimbursement, and a clear path for growth.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience working with children or adults with special needs.
• Heart for helping kids.
• Calm, steady presence.
• Eagerness and energy to play.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes and other locations.
• Tech savviness - learn our data collection software and use basic office software.

Responsibilities

• Make a difference in the life of a child.
• Use play, patience, and ABA therapy to teach real-life skills.
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress.
• Provide one-on-one support to clients with autism spectrum disorder.
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment for clients and staff.
• Help the child develop essential life skills such as motor skills, personal hygiene, daily living, potty training, social, and emotional skills.
• Get up and down off floor often, move quickly.
