Job summary

Verbal Beginnings is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement individualized ABA plans to improve communication, independence, and daily living skills.

This full-time, in-person role offers structured on-the-job training, a clear pathway to RBT certification, and a benefits package including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma; willing to pursue RBT certification.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Patience, compassion, and a genuine commitment to helping children with autism.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a care team.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized, evidence-based ABA treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA.
• Collect and record precise data to track progress and inform updates.
• Collaborate with your clinical supervisor to ensure high-quality care for every child.
