Job summary

Helping Hands Family in Maryland is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver play-based ABA therapy to children with autism. You will work in clinics, homes, or community settings under a BCBA's guidance.

The role emphasizes data collection, progress tracking, and collaboration with the care team. Training and exam support are provided, with pay differentials for after-hours and weekend sessions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in human services preferred.
• Comfort working with children.
• Ability to perform tasks such as walking, running, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Strong communication with clients' families.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willingness to complete company training and pass the RBT exam within 90 days.

We’re Looking for Someone With:

• A high school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree in a human services area preferred).
• Comfort working with children.
• The ability to perform physical tasks such as walking, running, and lifting (up to 50 pounds).
• Strong communication skills for interacting with clients' families.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willingness to complete company-provided RBT training and pass the RBT exam within 90 days of hire.

$21.88 - $23.21 USD
