Qualifications

• Willingness to complete company-provided RBT training and pass the RBT exam within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 direct care to children with autism.
• Teach daily living and social skills using evidence-based treatments.
• Implement therapy sessions designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
• Accurately collect behavior data and collaborate with team.
