Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through BACB or willingness to obtain RBT.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid within 30 days.
• Ability to support basic client needs.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate one-on-one ABA therapy sessions across home and clinic settings.
• Collect data during sessions and document progress notes.
• Collaborate with colleagues and caregivers to foster learning.
