Job summary

Perfect Pair ABA seeks an experienced Behavior Technician to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy sessions in home and clinic settings in Norfolk, VA, and surrounding areas. As an RBT, you will implement individualized protocols, collect data, and document progress while collaborating with caregivers and BCBA supervisors.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or willingness to become RBT.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• Willingness to obtain Adult/Child CPR & First Aid within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate one-on-one ABA therapy sessions in home and clinic settings.
• Collect data during sessions and document progress notes.
• Collaborate with supervisors, colleagues and caregivers to support learning.
• Create engaging environment to promote growth and skill acquisition.
