Positive Behavior Supports Corp. in Virginia is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistant and experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join our dedicated ABA team.

You will work 1:1 with children, implement treatment plans under supervision, and participate in a structured training pathway to advance toward RBT certification. Roles offer flexible scheduling and potential for expansion as caseloads grow; travel locally may be required while providing high-quality services in homes,

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree a plus.
• Experience with ABA, childcare, or education preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally and work part-time.
• Reliable transportation and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children using ABA under BCBA supervision.
• Assist implementation of individualized treatment plans and track progress.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to support client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
