What You’ll Do
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder
- Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior support strategies
- Support communication, social, play, and daily living skill development
- Work across center, home, and community settings to promote generalization
- Collect high-quality data and collaborate with your supervising BCBA
What We’re Looking For
- RBT certification preferred or willingness to obtain (training provided)
- Experience in ABA, special education, psychology, or related field strongly preferred
- Professionals who are reliable, engaged, and take pride in their clinical work
- Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team
