Job summary

Cardinal Pediatric Therapies is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to provide direct ABA therapy across clinic, home, school, or community settings under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement behavior intervention plans, collect data, and support development in communication, behavior, social, and daily living skills.

This role requires an active RBT credential and ongoing certification, with adherence to BACB ethics and organizational policies.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• CPR and First Aid certification current.
• Ability to pass criminal background and abuse registry checks.
• Arizona applicants: valid Fingerprint Clearance Card required.
• Reliable transportation to assigned locations.
• Ability to work directly with children for multiple hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized behavior plans and collect data.
• Support skill development across communication, behavior, social, and daily living domains.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain ethical, safe therapy environment and active RBT credential.
