Job summary

Cardinal Pediatric Therapies is seeking a Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children across clinic, home, school, and community settings. You will use play and structured activities to build communication, behavior, social, and daily living skills while following a licensed supervisor's treatment plan.

We provide structured support to help you obtain RBT certification within 60 days, with coaching, paid training toward the credential, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Commitment to obtain RBT certification within 60 days.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain prior to start).
• TB test completed within the past 12 months.
• Ability to pass criminal background and abuse registry checks.
• Arizona applicants: valid Fingerprint Clearance Card required.
• Reliable transportation to assigned work locations.
• Ability to work directly with children for multiple hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions in clinic, home, school, or community settings
• Use engaging, age-appropriate activities to support skill development
• Encourage positive behaviors through reinforcement and consistency
• Collect session data and complete simple documentation
• Communicate professionally with families and collaborate with your care team
• Participate in required training, supervision, and feedback
