Qualifications

• No experience needed; we train you and pay for your RBT certification.
• A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
• Comfortable getting on the floor to play with children.
• Experience with children through work, school, or volunteering is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with young children to build communication, play, and everyday-life skills.
• Assist with progress data collection and tracking.
• Follow provided training and supervision to implement behavior plans.
