Job summary

United Care ABA-New York is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join a mission-driven team serving children with autism and their families. We offer flexible scheduling with in-home and center-based options, plus mentorship and supportive supervision.

As an RBT you will provide one-on-one ABA therapy under a BCBA, collect accurate data, and help clients build communication, social, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification or willingness to complete the certification process before your start date.
• Experience working with children in educational or developmental settings preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with initiative.
• Detail-oriented and dependable with data collection.
• Desire to help children grow in a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to clients under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as designed by supervisors.
• Accurately collect and record data on targeted behaviors and skill acquisition.
• Support clients in developing communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Communicate with supervising BCBA and participate in training and meetings.
• Uphold ethical and professional standards in all interactions.

What We’re Looking For in a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT):

• Current RBT certification or willingness to complete the certification process before your start date.
