Job summary

ABS Kids is seeking compassionate Behavior Technicians to support children with autism in client homes and related settings in Redlands, CA. The role involves using ABA strategies to teach essential life skills through play, data collection, and close client supervision.

We offer competitive hourly pay ranging from $20.00 to $24.50, premium bilingual pay, and a pathway to RBT certification. Benefits include mileage reimbursement, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish/English or another language is a plus.
• At least 6 months of experience working with children or adults with special needs.
• Ability to learn and use data collection software and basic office tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to clients with autism spectrum disorder.

Job Requirements

Are you bilingual in Spanish/English or another language? If so, you can earn an additional $1.00/hour (premium pay) when matched with bilingual-required client sessions. $1,000 bonus for current RBTs. We have variable part-time shifts available for entry-level Behavior Technicians up to seasoned RBTs. Must have one of these availabilities, Monday – Friday: 8:00am-5:00pm, or 9:00am-6:00pm, or 12:00pm-7:00pm, or 3:00pm-7:00pm.

You Have

• 6+ months of experience working with children (any setting) or adults with special needs - make sure this is on your resume or application!
• A heart for helping kids

• Eagerness and energy to play
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes and other locations
• Tech savviness - learn our data collection software and use basic office software
• Fluent in Spanish and English strongly preferred
