Job summary

ABS Kids is seeking part-time Behavior Technicians to support children with autism using ABA methods. The role offers premium pay for bilingual Spanish/English candidates and a $1,000 bonus for current RBTs. Training on the job is provided, and paid time off accrues with hours worked.

We have variable part-time shifts available for entry-level Behavior Technicians up to seasoned RBTs.

Must have one of these availabilities, Monday – Friday: 8:00am-5:00pm, or 9:00am-6:00pm, or 12:00pm-7:00pm, or 3:00pm-7:00pm.

You Have

• 6+ months of experience working with children (any setting) or adults with special needs - make sure this is on your resume or application!
• A heart for helping kids
• A calm, steady presence
• Eagerness and energy to play
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes and other locations
• Tech savviness - learn our data collection software and use basic office software
• Fluent in Spanish and English strongly preferred
