Job summary

ABS Kids in Raleigh, NC is seeking part-time Behavior Technicians and RBTs to support children with autism through ABA-based one-on-one sessions. The role offers part-time shifts and involves data collection, progress tracking, and skill-building activities.

You will learn our data collection tools and apply ABA techniques to help children develop daily living skills. Training and RBT certification are provided, with travel to client homes as needed.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience working with children (any setting) or adults with special needs.
• A heart for helping kids.
• A calm, steady presence.
• Eagerness and energy to play.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes and other locations.
• Tech savviness - learn our data collection software and use basic office software.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to clients with autism spectrum disorder.
• Use ABA therapy to teach real-life skills.
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress.
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment for clients and staff.

Job Requirements

$1,000 bonus for current RBTs.

We have variable part-time shifts available for entry-level Behavior Technicians up to seasoned RBTs.

Must have availability 9:00am-6:00pm, Monday-Friday.

• Increase for RBT certification
• Paid RBT Certification - No experience necessary, we will help you get trained on the job!
