Job summary

ABS Kids in Nashville is seeking entry-level Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for part-time shifts. The role offers $18.00–$24.00 per hour with a $1,000 bonus for current RBTs and paid RBT certification assistance.

No experience? We'll train you—plus benefits like 401(k) with company match and PTO. You will work with children, collect data, and apply ABA to help develop essential life skills.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience with children or adults with special needs
• Interest in ABA therapy and helping kids
• Willingness to learn data collection processes
• Ability to travel to client homes and locations
• Comfort working with children with autism
• Confidence to provide one-on-one support

Responsibilities

Job Requirements

$1,000 bonus for current RBTs.

We have variable part‑time shifts available for entry‑level Behavior Technicians up to seasoned RBTs. Speak with a recruiter today to see which suits your availability best!

Must have availability 8:00am-5:00pm or 9:00am-6:00pm, Monday‑Friday.
