Job summary

ABS Kids is seeking part-time Behavior Technicians to support children with autism. The role uses ABA therapy to teach real-life skills and provide one-on-one client support in home or community settings.

Eligible candidates gain hands-on training, and growth opportunities across our nationwide network. We offer $18.00–$24.00 per hour, a $1,000 bonus for current RBTs, paid RBT certification on the job, mileage reimbursement, a 401(k) with match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience working with children or adults with special needs.
• Must have a heart for helping kids and a calm, steady presence.
• Eagerness and energy to play with children and engage them in activities.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes and other locations.
• Tech savviness to learn data collection software and basic office software.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to clients with autism spectrum disorder.
• Use ABA therapy to teach real-life skills.
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress.
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment for clients and staff.
• Help the child develop essential life skills (motor, personal hygiene, daily living, social and emotional skills).
• Move in and out of spaces as required to support activities.

Job Requirements

$1,000 bonus for current RBTs. We have variable part-time shifts available for entry-level Behavior Technicians up to seasoned RBTs. Must have availability 9:00am-6:00pm, Monday-Friday.

Benefits And Compensation
