Job summary

ABS Kids in the United States is seeking entry to experienced Behavior Technicians to support children with autism. You will work part-time with shifts 9:00am-6:00pm, Monday-Friday, and may earn a $1,000 bonus for current RBTs.

No experience? No problem—we'll teach you everything you need to know and help you obtain RBT certification on the job. You’ll gain skills in ABA, data collection, and child-centered care on a supportive team.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience working with children or adults with special needs.
• We will teach you everything you need to know on the job.
• Willingness to travel to client homes with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Make a difference in the life of a child using ABA therapy and play.
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress.
• Provide one-on-one support to clients with autism spectrum disorder.
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment for clients and staff.
• Help develop essential life skills including personal hygiene and daily living.

Job Requirements

$1,000 bonus for current RBTs. We have variable part-time shifts available for entry-level Behavior Technicians up to seasoned RBTs. Must have availability 9:00am-6:00pm, Monday-Friday.

• Increase for RBT certification

• 6+ months of experience working with children (any setting) or adults with special needs - make sure this is on your resume or application!
