Job summary

ABS Kids offers roles providing one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in the Cottonwood Heights area. You will use play and structured activities to teach real-life skills, collecting data on progress and ensuring a safe, supportive environment for each child.

This position is ideal for caregivers, paraprofessionals, teachers, or those studying psychology or related fields. Training is provided, and the team supports growth, with a focus on brighter futures for kids and their families.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience working with children or adults with special needs.
• A heart for helping kids.
• A calm, steady presence.
• Eagerness and energy to play.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes and other locations.
• Tech savviness- learn our data collection software and use basic office software.

Responsibilities

Job Requirements

$1,000 bonus for current RBTs.

Must have one of these availabilities Monday - Friday: 8:00am-5:00pm, 9:00am-6pm, 12:00pm-7:00pm, 3:00pm-7:00pm, or 4:00pm-7:00pm.

Benefits And Compensation

• $18.50 - $23.00 / hour
• Increase for RBT certification
• Paid RBT Certification - No experience necessary, we will help you get trained on the job!
