Job summary

ABS Kids is hiring to support children with autism in their homes and communities. You will use play, patience, and ABA therapy to teach real-life skills and collect data on progress while providing one-on-one support to clients.

We offer a $1,000 bonus for current RBTs, hourly pay with benefits, and training on the job. If you have 6+ months experience with children or individuals with special needs, you could join our team and help kids achieve brighter futures.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience working with children or adults with special needs.
• Ability to teach using play and ABA strategies.
• Willingness to learn data collection and basic office software.

Job Requirements

$1,000 bonus for current RBTs.

Must have one of these availabilities Monday - Friday: 8:00am-5:00pm, 9:00am-6pm, 12:00pm-7:00pm, 3:00pm-7:00pm, or 4:00pm-7:00pm.

Benefits And Compensation

• $18.50 - $23.00 / hour
• Increase for RBT certification
• Paid RBT Certification - No experience necessary, we will help you get trained on the job!

• 6+ months of experience working with children (any setting) or adults with special needs - make sure this is on your resume or application!
• A heart for helping kids

• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes and other locations
• Tech savviness- learn our data collection software and use basic office software
