Job summary

Tala Horizon Solutions, a Finni Health company, is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for in-person work in Chula Vista, CA. The role involves one-on-one ABA therapy in home and school settings with occasional travel to National City, CA.

Schedule: Mon–Fri, daytime hours. You will implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision, collect data, and help clients develop life, communication, and social skills in a structured environment.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification is required.
• Experience with data collection and ABA terminology is preferred.
• Understanding HIPAA regulations and confidentiality is required.
• Experience with behavior management strategies and ABA techniques is preferred.
• Background in special education, psychology, or related field is beneficial.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team! This position involves working one-on-one with a client to support skill development, communication, and independence using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.

About the Role

As an RBT, you will provide individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You’ll work closely with clients to implement treatment plans, track progress, and support the development of essential life, communication, and social skills in a structured and encouraging environment.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
