Perfect Pair ABA is seeking a compassionate Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide individualized ABA therapy to children with autism in Stafford, VA. You will work closely with BCBA supervision and families, delivering sessions in home and community settings.

Qualifications

Perfect Pair ABA is hiring a compassionate and dependable Behavior Technician (BT) to provide individualized ABA therapy to children with autism throughout Stafford, VA. What You'll Do

As a Behavior Technician (RBT), you will:

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy based on treatment plans created by a BCBA.

• Work one-on-one with children in their homes and community environments.

• Teach communication, social, play, and daily living skills.

• Collect accurate session data and complete required documentation.

Qualifications

We're looking for candidates who have:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the BACB or willingness to complete certification.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

• Ability to travel to client homes in the Stafford area.

• Strong communication and time management skills.
