Perfect Pair ABA is hiring a Behavior Technician to provide in-home ABA therapy across Virginia. You will implement individualized protocols, collect data, and document progress while collaborating with BCBA and caregivers to promote growth and learning.

The role offers flexible hours with full-time and part-time positions, a supportive team, and opportunities for professional development. CPR/First Aid certification is required within 30 days.

Behavior Technician (BT) Duties and Responsibilities

• Facilitate personalized, one-on-one ABA therapy services for clients across diverse environments, utilizing individualized protocols developed by a BCBA.
• Collect data throughout the session and document all sessions with progress notes.
• Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and caregivers to foster a culture of learning.
• Create an engaging therapeutic environment to encourage growth and skill acquisition.

Behavior Technician (BT) Qualifications and Skills

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required, pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Willingness to obtain an active Adult and Child CPR/First Aid certification within the first 30 days of employment.
• Ability and willingness to support the basic needs of clients.
• Retain and maintain a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
• Interest in becoming RBT certified.
