Qualifications

Perfect Pair ABA is hiring a compassionate and dependable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide individualized ABA therapy to children with autism throughout Stafford, VA. What You’ll Do

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will:

Qualifications

We're looking for candidates who have:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to travel to client homes in the Stafford area.
• Strong communication and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous ABA or pediatric therapy experience.
• College coursework in Psychology, Education, Child Development, Human Services, or a related field.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain after hire).
