Evolution Behavioral Health Service, a Finni Health company, is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (RBT) in Purcellville, Virginia. This in-person role involves working one-on-one with clients to implement ABA-based skill development under BCBA supervision, and to collect progress data.

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred.
• Previous experience working with children or individuals with special needs (preferred).
• Experience with data collection and familiarity with ABA terminology (preferred).
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices (required).
• Experience with behavior management strategies and applied behavior analysis techniques (preferred).
• A background in special education, psychology, or a related field (beneficial).

This position involves working one-on-one with a client to support skill development, communication, and independence using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.

About the Role

As a BT/RBT, you will provide individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You’ll work closely with clients to implement treatment plans, track progress, and support the development of essential life, communication, and social skills in a structured and encouraging environment.
