Reach For The Sky, a Finni Health company, is seeking a Behavior Technician (RBT) in Biggs, California to provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will implement treatment plans, record progress, and help clients build life, communication, and social skills in a structured setting.

This part-time role runs Monday through Friday, with 4:00–4:30 PM and 6:00–6:30 PM slots. Pay is $20.00–$23.00 per hour, with supervision toward BCBA/BCaBA certification and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification; willingness to complete training and exam.
• Experience with children or individuals with special needs preferred.
• Familiarity with ABA terminology and data collection preferred.
• Understanding HIPAA regulations and confidentiality required.
• Background in special education or psychology is beneficial.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team! This position involves working one-on-one with a client to support skill development, communication, and independence using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.

About the Role

As a Behavior Technician, you will provide individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You’ll work closely with clients to implement treatment plans, track progress, and support the development of essential life, communication, and social skills in a structured and encouraging environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Collect and record accurate session data
• Support skill development and behavior-reduction goals
• Maintain professionalism and positive rapport with clients and families
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities related to ABA and special education

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification (preferred but willingness to complete the training and exam is ok!)
• Previous experience working with children or individuals with special needs (preferred)
• Experience with data collection and familiarity with ABA terminology (preferred)
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices (required)
• Experience with behavior management strategies and applied behavior analysis techniques (preferred)
• A background in special education, psychology, or a related field (beneficial)
