Job summary

ESS Clinical in Nashua, NH is seeking Behavior Technicians (RBT) for the 2026–2027 school year. The role offers guaranteed hours, weekday stability, and competitive compensation for direct and indirect time, with clinician support and a therapist-run team. No non-competes are included in our contracts.

You will implement behavior intervention plans under a BCBA, support individual education plans, and apply ABA techniques to teach and manage behaviors in students with diverse learning needs.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis principles and techniques.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans as directed by the supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Assist in the implementation of care plans.
• Utilize applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques to teach new skills and manage challenging behaviors.
