Job summary

Achieving Stars Therapy is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will help individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism, by delivering in-home and community-based ABA services.

This part-time role offers about 20 hours per week with compensation ranging from $19 to $26 per hour. You will work under BCBA supervision, collect data, maintain records, and participate in ongoing training in person in Grantham, NH.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism.
• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality of medical records.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
