Job summary

ESS Clinical in Englewood, NJ seeks compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support students within the Englewood Public School District through evidence-based behavioral strategies under supervision of licensed therapists.

You will work closely with teachers and therapists to implement ABA plans, track progress, and help students develop meaningful skills in a supportive school environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold NJ license/certification or school certification.
• Active RBT certification in good standing.
• Background checks as required by state/district.
• Experience with autism or behavioral challenges preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based ABA behavioral support to students.
• Collaborate with therapists and teachers in Englewood Public School District.
• Monitor progress and assist in building meaningful skills for students.

General Requirements:

• NJ license/certification/ school certification
• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing .
• Ability to pass state and district-required background checks.
• Experience working with children with autism, developmental disabilities, or behavioral challenges preferred.
• Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles preferred.
