Achieving Stars Therapy is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team. This role provides in-home and community-based ABA services to individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism. You will support behavior plans and collaborate with a BCBA and interdisciplinary team.

The position offers full-time or part-time hours with pay between $19.00 and $26.00 per hour. Applicants must be at least 18 and able to commute to Bethlehem, NH, with some travel.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans as directed by the supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect data on client behavior during sessions
• Assist in the development and implementation of care plans
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies
• Utilize applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques to teach new skills and manage challenging behaviors
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure effective care coordination

Skills
